President and Change Leader
With nearly two decades of experience in change management consulting, Elise Ghebremichael brings deep expertise in leading large-scale, complex, and global transformation programs. She partners with organizations across industries—from high-tech to oil and gas—to drive strategic initiatives at the executive level.
Elise is a dynamic communicator, trusted advisor, and proven value creator. Her ability to align people, processes, and priorities has made her a go-to leader for C-Suite teams navigating change.
She was recently honored with WBENC Certification, recognizing Leader in Change as a nationally certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council—an acknowledgment of Elise’s leadership and the firm’s commitment to excellence, diversity, and impact.
Elise holds an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science from Pepperdine University. She is a proud member of the Association of Change Management Professionals.
